-Minors may be enrolled under a parent or guardian’s membership.
-Smile & Syifa Dental reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application.

(Excludes specialist treatments, X-rays, medication, surgery, and braces)

10% Discount on Root Canal Treatment (RCT) - Exclusive to membership cardholders

Birthday Discounts:

• 50% Off on general treatment within 3 days before and after your birthday
